Production Process: We will make the squishy toy similar to your selected colour. As all Squishy Cats are made to order, their will be some slight variations from the image.

Product Information: These products are handmade from food-grade silicone, safe and non-toxic, intended for play only and not for consumption.

Usage Tips: Feel free to play, also note that it may attract dirt or stickiness. If your squishy has fur or accessories, handle it carefully. Keeping it in a bag while playing can help prolong its life, which we suggest.

After-Sales Requirements:  Since the product is hand made squishy, every kitty will be different. No refunds or exchanges excepted, although all details will be confirmed with your prior to shipping.

Since all our kitty's are handmade and we make the mould according to orders, the making time for a kitty to get shipped is about 1 week. Then shipping is about 5-10 working days depending on your location. Great news is we ship world-wide, so everyone can enjoy a Squishy friend. Thank you so much for your understanding!
